Having just bought our first home, my wife and I are total home improvement novices which left us feeling a little leery about selecting a plumbing contractor to put in a new gas line for a kitchen range and outdoor grill.

From our first conversation with Scott (the owner of Kastle plumbing) we felt like we had found our man.  He knew his stuff, and made it clear that he is all about doing the job right and satisfying the customer, not just making a buck.  His quote for the work also reflected this, coming in higher than some but at almost half that of one of the big name plumbing contractors in the area!  Best of all, Scott does the work himself so we knew we were getting the benefit of his 30+ years of experience rather than a young inexperienced front line guy as we found was typical when dealing with other contractors.  As promised, the job was finished on-time and for the price quoted. Clean too!  They also surprised us by correcting some minor kitchen issues that were beyond the scope of the job free of charge!  Part of doing the job right I guess.
