A Noritz 7.1 On Demand Tankless water heater installed in place of an old 50 gallon tank water heater. This allows the customer to have a more energy efficient water heater and allot more space in the garage. We have mounted the unit on unistrut which we also strap the pipes too. New 3/4'' type L copper water lines for the hot & cold water with isolation valves. New 3/4'' galvanived gas line to unit as required by Noritz. New 4'' stainless steel venting. And temperature pressure relief line ran to exterior wall as per code.

Whole house re-pipe.


 

   We have removed all old water pipes and installed a new hot & cold water system to the entire house. All new type L copper plumbing, insulated and strapped. New Quarter turn angle stops and supply lines to each fixture and set finish on everything from the toilets and faucets to the appliances. While the walls were open we also installed a new gas system to house. This allowed us to upsize the gas line to provide enough gas for the new Noritz On-Demand Tankless water heater that we installed in the attic to provide hot water to the upstairs bathrooms  very quick and efficient. We also installed another Noritz On-Demand Tankless water heater downstairs on the exterior wall to provide the kitchen, laundry, and downstairs restroom  with hot water very quick and efficient. Splitting the hot water system on a large house makes the hot water system a lot more effective. We have also installed an Aquapure water softener on the whole house water system. Which is highly recommended when installing tankless water heaters.

Installation of bath tub and enclosure.


 

  We have installed two new tubs with new pea trap, waste, & overflow. Access panels for plumbing and New moen posi temp shower valves with raised shower head. After tub is set and leveled we installed primered drywall for backing. At which we cut and install the enclosure. Once all walls are in place, we then install support boards to bond enclosure to wall. We then come back the following day and install soap dishes and set trim for shower.

 We are able to remove any old shower valve in the wall going through the shower side of the wall. Install a new Moen Posi-temp shower with a Moen repair plate and trim. Available in different styles and finish.

Sewer Line Repair

After line inspection Kastle Plumbing found roots under the patio between the house and the sidewalk.

After jack hammering, we saw cut the slab and excavated the roots, removed the dirt, separated the pipe and installed new ABS piping with a concrete root barrier.

We tested, backfilled and repaired the concrete.

Job done and customer satisfied!
